What's the minimum order to qualify for dealer pricing?
We offer tiered pricing based on your initial order. Small businesses that want to test our products can qualify for Friends of the Industry pricing with no minimum buy-in. Deeper dealer discounts require an initial buy-in, and full pricing requirements will be provided after your application is reviewed.
Do I need to stock a minimum SKU count?
No, there is no minimum SKU requirement. However, we offer volume-based discounts, which will be outlined in the pricing sheet provided after your dealer application is approved.
Do you offer drop shipping?
We do not offer a formal drop-shipping program. However, you may enter a different shipping address when placing an order through our website.
Are there geographic exclusivity terms?
No. Approval as an A3 Industries dealer does not provide exclusive sales rights within a specific territory. We may approve additional dealers in the same geographic area.
What is the lead time for dealer orders?
Dealer orders follow the same fulfillment process as retail orders. Items shown as in stock on our website are available and ready to ship. Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days.
Should the dealer or customer contact A3 for warranty support?
We prefer to coordinate warranty claims through the dealer because it allows us to locate the original order in our system. However, customers may contact us directly if they can provide proof of purchase from an approved A3 dealer.
