A3 Industries stands behind every product we manufacture. If you are the original purchaser and your A3 Industries product fails because of a defect in materials, manufacturing, or factory assembly, we will evaluate the product and, at our discretion, repair it, replace it, or issue store credit.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials, manufacturing, or factory assembly under normal and intended use.

Products submitted for warranty service must be returned to A3 Industries for inspection. A3 Industries will determine whether the product is defective and which warranty remedy is appropriate.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including wear to product finishes and metal or plastic components.
• Damage or malfunction caused by an accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or improper installation.
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.
• Products that have been modified or refinished, including products with custom coatings.
• Products that have been intentionally or accidentally damaged or destroyed.
• Discontinued products that are no longer being manufactured.

Modification or alteration of an A3 Industries product, including the application of a custom coating, voids all factory warranty coverage.

Warranty Claims

To begin a warranty claim, contact A3 Industries and provide proof of purchase along with a description and photographs of the issue. Additional information or the return of the product may be required before a determination can be made.

Do not send a product to A3 Industries until return instructions have been provided.

All warranty claims and remedies are subject to evaluation and approval by A3 Industries. We reserve the right to deny claims involving damage, modification, misuse, or circumstances otherwise excluded from this warranty.
