Shipping Area
A3 Industries currently ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are an international customer, we encourage you to shop with one of our trusted dealers.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare an order for shipment and does not include the carrier's transit time. Processing may take longer during sales, product launches, holidays, or other periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order and delivery address.
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances outside of the control of A3 Industries may affect delivery.
Tracking Information
Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package and update its tracking information.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to change or redirect it.
A3 Industries is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If a package appears lost, significantly delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact A3 Industries with your order number and supporting information. We will assist with reviewing the shipment and determining the appropriate next steps.
ROUTE: Due to package theft, various lost shipments, etc., we now provide the option to insure your shipment via ROUTE. Route is very inexpensive and provides effortless claim-filing. Route reduces effort through a seamless claims filing process. Lost, damaged, or stolen items are easily resolved with a few taps, letting you get along with your day.
We recommend that everyone take advantage of this low-cost option to make sure your packages arrive safely. A3 Industries can work with you on lost shipments but we will not be held responsible for stolen packages or any package loss after tracking shows delivery. If this is a concern please purchase Route shipping insurance at checkout.
A3 Industries is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues.
California Orders
Products shipped to California are subject to additional age, identity, and delivery requirements. When applicable:
- The purchaser must be at least 18 years old.
- The purchaser must complete an age and identity-verification process before the order can be shipped.
- The shipping address must match the address shown on the purchaser's identification.
- An adult signature and proof of identification are required at delivery.
- An additional $10 adult-signature fee will apply.
Orders cannot be shipped until all required verification steps have been completed. Failure to complete verification may result in the order being delayed or canceled. California orders subject to these requirements cannot be redirected to an address that does not match the purchaser's verified identification. See our California Shipping Policy for details.
State and Local Restrictions
Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain states, territories, counties, or municipalities. A3 Industries will not ship a product to a jurisdiction where we determine its sale or delivery is prohibited.
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to the purchase, possession, installation, and use of our products. The availability of a product on our website does not guarantee that it may legally be purchased or possessed in every jurisdiction.
A3 Industries reserves the right to cancel any order containing a restricted product. If an order is canceled before shipment due to a legal or shipping restriction, the affected item or order will be refunded.
