Uzi rear adapter flying my Uzi pro while shooting 10 rounds.

I just bought the Uzi rear brace adapter and went shooting a day after. In the middle of me shooting 10 rounds the adapter flying off the Uzi stripping one of the screws. Not a happy camper after this.
