Are you tired of losing the factory retaining spring every time you disassemble your gun for cleaning? Our ball detent takedown pins replace the factory pins that use retaining springs and replace the spring with a spring tensioned ball bearing. Manufactured from hardened steel with a captured steel ball detent.

Worked perfect on my APC 9k with a Lingle lower. These pins are about a thou smaller in diameter to the original pins making for a nice fit to a Lingle lower.
They work as intended, and a much better option than the factory originals.
Ball Detent is great idea. However, stock Stribog pins are larger diameter and fit better. Stribog pins = 5. 94mm. A3 Ball Detent = 5. 87mm. With the A3 pins, there is more play between upper and my Lingle lower. Also A3 rear pin is just too long.
I don't want more play, I want less play and a tighter fit. A3 should hold dimensions to the stock 5. 94, or make them slightly thicker for an even better fit than stock.
Therefore, I'm sticking with the stock pins.
Ball fell out the rear pin after 500 rounds or so.
Bought some hollow ones from somebody else and the front one started bending could hardly get out of the gun. These ones are holding up good. Thank you

I really wanted these to work. I prefer the look of these over the HK style Stribog pins. That said, they're just too long. They'll work, but they look absolutely goofy and can shift left and right. Not a good fit at all. I just can't recommend them.
They are to long and extend well past the OEM it looks horrible I had high hopes for these
These do not fit well on either the APC9 stock polymer lower nor the Lingle Industries Scorpion lower. They are notably longer than the OEM pins when placed side by side (both the front and rear are longer) and when inserted they rattle in addition to sticking out. Very disappointed in these.
Lost the factory pin first day at the range swapping braces. Never again!

Nice upgrade. The original pins were a bit stiff. These slide in like butter with nice locking pin.
Makes cleaning much easier. Eliminates the little pin clips altogether.
