Direct Fit Brace - B&T TP9

I added this brace to give my TP-9 the look of a MP-9. Solid product.

I purchased this brace before I even picked up my TP9, the brace makes the TP9 an excellent lightweight self defense/truck gun/PDW option

Great idea, poor execution. This is the ideal product for a TP9, which really shines once stabilized. Unfortunately, it was my mistake in assuming that all of the previous reviews were outdated and the issue has since been corrected. Unfortunately the direct fit hinge is out of spec and either requires the brace and/or frame of a $2k Swiss firearm to be modified so they actually fit together. Was a shame to destroy the anodizing but opted to modify the brace by filing down and reprofiling the "direct fit" hinge so that it fits into and no longer gouges and wears away the pistol.

Brace is extremely tight and leave some gouges in the frame but it is inevitable. The bolt to hold the brace is tight tolerances so you might have to test fit before you put in the frame. In the first couple deploy the brace will be hard to lock but it will ease after couple deploy. Overall, nicest TP9 brace in the market.

The stock did not fit my gun as advertised. I searched the vendor's web site, YouTube and the internet for installation instructions. None were available. I then contacted the vendor and requested some assistance. They did not provide any even after I contacted them twice. I returned the product the same day. Seems the company outsources their product manufacturing to the lowest priced vendor and it shows. Overall, I give them a rating of "0" for poor product quality and no customer service. Make your life easy. Shop elsewhere.

The brace fits extremely tight and was a little difficult to open and close at first. I put a little grease on it and that helped. Still doesn't lock every time it's deployed and has to be snapped in place. Also caused some minor gouges on the frame of my TP9 that I had to smooth out. I think it will work in with time and use. Still the the lightest and strongest option on the market. I'm giving this 5 stars because A3 has awesome customer service. I had an issue with my order and A3 was very responsive and willing to help with everything.

Brace fits perfectly and just as it does in the picture but… when attempting to put it in I realized the bolt that holds the brace itself in was extremely tight tolorenced. I just so happen to have the stock on standby so I took the hardware from that it it work flawlessly.

This DIRECT FIT BRACE for my B&T TP9 was a perfect fit & easy to install. I'd highly recommend!

When it's folded up it stays out of the way no hassles, folds open and locks effortlessly.
Easier to install than the OEM part.

This A3 brace is a perfect addition and complements a firearm well. Locks up tight with no wobble. Works perfectly as intended for “ patriotic Americans” with disabilities requiring such a device to safely enjoy their firearm of choice, (ADA compliant.. ; ). Ferk jer berdin.
