Skelestocks | 1913 Mount Folding Stock

The stock is super nice and it functions gteat. But if you get a cheek riser and a wider butt pad it gets pretty expensive at around the $400 mark. So really my only complaint is price, even just $50-$100 lower and it would get 5 stars.

A3 Stock worked out great on the MPX-K, I picked up the 11” model with the pic rail folder for my dumb commie state SBR over all length requirement but they’re comfortable and a solid build. Definitely recommended. (10” ILWT barrel, 10” MI handguard, 11” A3 skelestock got me to 29” OAL without a p/w muzzle devise)

Installed this on a BCM lower with KNS precision picatinny adapter for use with a BRN-180 upper. The machining on this stock is superb. Mine has the Sig-type hinge, which is easy to deploy and locks up with solid. The stock aligns well with the rubber bumper on the left side of the BRN-180 receiver.

When I received it, there was a little play between the parts, as the hinge/stock screws were not fully torqued down. After tightening them, the whole assembly is much more rigid.

When ordering, be sure to consider what platform you're using to determine proper length of pull. I'm 6'3" and usually run a typical AR stock one notch in from fully extended. For the Modular Stock, I found that the 9" version fit me best (the 11" would've been too long).

Added the stock to my 7.62 Bren2 SBR and it fits great! Look up is solid and it looks good too!

Added the wooden furniture on the fm-15. Looks rad, and stock opens and closes much easier than the one that foxtrot mike uses. Pricey with all the add ons, but it’s unique and worth it.

So with some machined parts and a single adapter plate, I've got this guy mounted on a previously fixed stock AKM. I'm a pretty large framed guy at 6'4 with a 42" chest so the normal ak geometry feels a little cramped. This stock fixed that problem entirely. Quality piece of gear

Quality as far as fit and finish is excellent. Attached easily and I was able to reverse the folding side easily. Only prob I have is that no co has any idea about where stocks are measured from. My SIG folding stock was way too small. I tried getting the correct size and it’s now too long. I’m gonna have to order the next size down and that should fit.

Would have given 5 stars but I had to ream more countesink for the screw head to clear on hinge. I recommend blue loke tite on all screws also.

Item is sleek, sexy, and does what it's supposed to do. Simple to install, still has modularity if you want to adjust cheek riser and butt plate.
As for the purchase itself, super simple, very smooth, and it shipped quickly.
All in all perfect transaction.

Was looking for a SBR solution for my Christensen MPP before the rifle arrives. Josh from A3Tacticak responded to my inquiry who helped me to eventually bought a 9.5” Skelestock. The stock matched great with MPP by the 1913 interface. It came with a steel hinge which doesn’t use a push button unlock. I later learned that all it takes is a strong tap to the stock to release it. Josh offered to ship me a push button hinge, which is made of aluminum. I decided to keep the aluminum version because it provides a quite lock and unlock operation. I am sure it’s not as durable as the steel version but it’s a little lighter in weight which is a higher priority to me.
The 1” cheek riser that come with Skelestock is not a perfect height for my scope configuration. So I ordered a BOLT-ON MAGPUL 3/4” RISER which turned out great for me.

I ordered the Skelestock for my recently purchased PSA JAKL. I was looking for a solid functional stock that was modular and durable. I found everything I wanted in this stock. Oh yeah and a cheek rest on a lightweight sturdy side folding stock!
If I could rate this above perfect I would.
I will always look at this company’s equipment before buying from others in the future.

Excellent quality, well made, good looking. Was just surprised by pic rail mount. Not what I expected. Seems fine. Need more time with it, but overall excellent product. I will be ordering another one.
