Product Description
This adapter is used to convert any A3 Industries extension for use with the Gearhead Works Tailhook, or the Buffer tube style Steady-brace. The adapter mimics the dimensions of an AR buffer tube, allowing the these types of braces to clamp onto the outer surface. Our adapter includes an anti-rotation protrusion that holds the brace indexed perpendicular.
Injection molded from high-density, fiber reinforced Zytel polymer. Simple 2-bolt installation.

Seems very sturdy. I haven't used yet waiting for the tailhook to be back in stock to change the stock for my stribog. I also got the folding brace from a3. This company is awesome.

Needed to have same depth dimension as tail hook but works. Sugest if ordering any A3 tactical products choose other venders that carry A3 products The company takes way to long to ship out products.

The hinged Tailhook design works well for me and beating able to add it to my favorite A3 braces is a huge bonus.
