California Shipping Policy

Due to recent California legislation, including California Assembly Bill 1263 and California Senate Bill 704, additional verification and delivery requirements apply to orders containing firearm-related products shipped to customers in California.

To remain compliant with these laws, the following procedures apply to all orders shipping to California.

Identity Verification

Customers shipping to California must complete identity verification during checkout using our verification partner, Visage Verify.

This process requires the customer to upload or scan a valid government-issued photo ID. The information provided must match the shipping address used for the order. Orders that cannot be successfully verified will not be processed or shipped.

Signature & Identification at Delivery

California law requires that firearm-related products be delivered with signature and proof of identification at the time of delivery.

All California shipments will therefore require signature confirmation upon delivery, and the carrier may request valid identification from the recipient before releasing the package.

California Compliance Fee

Due to the additional verification and carrier requirements associated with California shipments, a $10 processing fee will be applied to all orders shipping to California. This fee helps cover the cost of identity verification and required signature delivery services.

Shipping Address Requirements

Orders shipping to California must be delivered to the same address listed on the verified government-issued ID used during checkout. Orders with mismatched or unverifiable information may be delayed or cancelled.

Order Processing

Orders shipping to California may require additional processing time due to the required verification and compliance procedures.

Order Refusal or Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that cannot be successfully verified or does not meet California compliance requirements.
