The BRN-180 line of bufferless upper receivers was designed to mimic the original AR-180/AR-18 with it's right-side offset and reciprocating charging handle. While some may appreciate the period-correct look and function of the offset charging handle, a lot of people prefer a more modern option. A3 Industries has come up with 2 options available to suit your needs. These are simple 10 minute upgrades.
The high-tolerance bolt adapters are manufactured from 4140 steel and utilize a 6061 aluminum handle.
